Our new exhibition - Scouting!

Scouting has a wonderful history, with many millions of boys and girls worldwide gaining really important experience and skills over the last century and more.

Scouting has always been strong round here, with some notable people involved - for example, Dr Lionel Hussey, who was with Sir Ernest Shackleton on his last expedition to Antarctica before becoming a Chorleywood GP. We've been given, and lent, an extraordinary collection of memorabilia. It will be on display for several weeks, but do come and see it - remember your own scouting days, and encourage the next generation to take it up if they havben't already.
