Three Rivers Voices
Recollections and experiences of people living in the area during the time of Three Rivers District Council
Three Rivers Voices is a joint programme of Three Rivers District Council and Three Rivers Museum, to capture for posterity how life has been lived, developed and shaped in this area over the last half-century.
In this section we'll present a range of the interviews recorded by those who have contributed to the story of life in Three Rivers, especially since 1974. These people - businesses, community groups, individuals - have given their permission to be used in this way. Some recordings will be made anonymous, and some will be kept in our archive but not made public at the request of the person granting the interview.
Where recordings are not published, they can be made available to researchers on request and after suitable verification.
Some, but not all, may be presented along with their transcript.
